Stripe is the payment/card receipt owner for Stripe-based purchases. Lineman Canada remains the operational and entitlement authority after a signed webhook records the authoritative payment event. Do not rely on the checkout return URL alone to prove that a purchase was paid. Lineman Canada may send separate operational messages such as training access or membership entitlement changes. These are intentionally separate from the Stripe payment receipt. If you see a payment but do not see the expected access, report the exact purchase, your Lineman ID and the page you expected to access. Support should inspect the payment/webhook/entitlement chain rather than creating a manual duplicate payment.
