Roles, Role Switching & Profiles

One Lineman ID can have more than one role. Student is for people entering the trade or using learner-focused pathways. Worker is for working powerline professionals using readiness, work, training and opportunity tools. Employer is for company workforce, project and training activity. Trainer is for trainer profiles, opportunities, proposals and training delivery. If more than one role is active, use Manage My Roles to switch the part of Lineman Canada you are working in. Switching roles does not delete your other roles or records. Some employer functions also require an active company relationship. Trainer access does not automatically mean a trainer or course has been verified or approved. If a page you expect is missing, confirm that you are signed into the correct Lineman ID and have switched to the role you want to use.
