My Readiness summarizes record-health information connected to your Lineman ID. Use it to identify expired records, missing information or other items that need attention, then open the relevant account or qualification workflow to update them.
A CLEAR or 100% readiness indicator means Lineman Canada has not detected an issue in the records currently available to the platform. It is not a legal, regulatory, employer or competency determination. Employers and project owners remain responsible for their own requirements, verification and selection processes.
