Employers may use available Lineman Canada workforce tools to review information you have chosen to provide through these workflows. Use My Readiness to see information that may need attention. Readiness information is a platform aid and is not a legal, regulatory or employer determination that you are qualified for a specific job or task. Employers should use their Employer role and company tools for workforce activity. Workers should use their Worker role for personal workforce and opportunity functions.
