Employer & Company Training Workflows

Employer/client accounts use company-based workflows rather than personal worker workflows. Verified active employers can participate in the employer-facing intelligence, recruiting, workforce and training systems that are enabled for production. For training, the employer/client owns the requirement, site and schedule context and acknowledges completion. Structured training requests can move through trainer interest/proposal, award, acceptance, readiness, delivery and completion. Do not create duplicate companies or duplicate users to work around an access problem. Confirm the existing company membership, employer verification state and active Lineman ID role first.
